Kaidon Brown unveiled the #A1 in fine fashion, storming to another feature win, this time in the Preliminary Feature event of the Australasian 50 Lap Speedcar Championship.

With a 1st and a 3rd placing in the heat rounds, Brown would start off of the second row behind Beau Doyle and Casey O’Connell.

Caleb Mills would be on the move early, quickly moving up a couple of spots and into the lead – a spot he would only hold onto briefly however, with Nick Parker also showing good speed from the start.

Brown would then join the contest, relegating Mills back into third and then beginning to hunt down Parker who had snuck away out in front in fast track conditions.

The field would be bunched up after a stoppage on lap 9, with O’Connell coming to a stop.

Parker would skip clear at the restart, with Kaleb Currie sliding past Mills into third.

Brown would again challenge Parker over the final few laps, making a passing move with 4 laps to go.

The field would string out in the late stages, with Brown surging clear ahead of Parker and Currie, being the final finishing order.
